Inquiry source privacy
This notice explains our inquiry-source feature. It is separate from the website's existing Google Analytics and advertising measurement.
What this feature collects
When you browse our website and send an inquiry, we may attach limited information about how you reached the site: a recognized marketing source, medium or campaign label, the first public page you visited, and a recognized referring website's domain. This helps us understand which pages and channels bring inquiries.
Your browser and choices
This feature uses session storage in your browser for up to 30 minutes and does not set tracking cookies. It does not retain full referring URLs, full query strings, advertising click IDs, or arbitrary campaign text. We do not collect these source hints when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can still submit an inquiry when source collection or browser storage is unavailable.
When you send an inquiry
The permitted source hints may be stored with your inquiry. The 30-minute limit applies to browser storage, not the stored inquiry. These hints are not proof that an advertisement caused a booking. The privacy controls described here apply to this feature, not to every other website service.
